THANKBUNNY Returns & Exchange Policy

Cancellation Policy:

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order

is shipped. Please log into your account and click on “cancel order” option

against the order number that you want to cancel.

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire

amount.

Cancellation request must have to raise within 24 hours of the order placed

Return Policy:

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the

packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to

accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also,

please email us at help@Thankbunny.com mentioning your Order ID.

We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you

with no additional cost.

You will have to raise a return request from your account. You can log in to

your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same

email id which is used while placing the order. There is Return / Exchange

option available to choose from and we will arrange for the pickup from

your doorstep.

Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like email,

Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.

In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within

48 hours you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame

no refund would be made. Only credit note would be given.

When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a

receipt (physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will

need the proof of return by you.

Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received

back to our warehouse.

Products can be returned only in the following two circumstances:

 If you received a product that is defective or damaged

 If you received a product different from the one you ordered because of a

mix-up online

In both the situations, the following conditions have to be fulfilled:

 Products should not have been worn and/or used.

 Every product must be returned with tag, invoice and packing material

intact.

 All claims for returns will have to clear an assessment made by the quality

control manager.

 Return request will have to reach us within 2 days of the receipt of the

product.

 Cost of shipping of returned products will have to be borne by the customer

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products

shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

 Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product

 If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging

 If the product is customized for you

 If the Return or Exchange is requested after 48 hours of receiving the

shipment.

 If the product is made to order

How it will work

In case of a refund:

 We receive your returned product.

 Our quality control team scrutinizes the product to assess if all return

conditions are fulfilled.

 If the quality control team approves, the refund claim is processed within 4-7

working days.

 You will be informed via email confirming the transfer of credit to your

account.

In case of a replacement:

We receive your returned product.

Our quality control team scrutinizes the product to assess if all return

conditions are fulfilled.

If the quality control team approves, the refund claim is processed within 4-7

working days.

You will get a credit note, which can be encashed within 6 months from the

issue date.

International Orders:

If unfortunately you wish to cancel the order, please do it before your order

gets shipped.

If you cancel your order before your order gets shipped, we will refund the

amount with 5% deduction from the whole amount as there will be Payment

Gateway transaction fees charged.

If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be

shipped back within 2 days and email us the courier receipt on

help@Thankbunny.com

The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the

customer and 5% of Payment Gateway transaction amount will be deducted from

the refund.

Once we receive the products, a strict quality check would be done by our

team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it

back to us.

The amount refunded to you would be only for the products.

We unfortunately do not have exchange policy for the international customers.

7. Once the product goes into customization process the order cannot be

cancelled.

For Returns Freight charges and custom duty to be borne by the customer.

Disclaimer for Colour and Description

No matter how good the photograph, it is, after all, not the real product. And as a

result, it is likely that colours look different in the photographs from what they

actually are in reality. Several factors, including the settings of the device on

which you view the photographs might impact the way the colours appear in

online photographs.

 This is especially true of the following shades:

 Blue, green, orange, pink and purple

 Dark colours like black, deep blue, dark brown

 Pastel shades like white, off-white, cream, grey

 THANKBUNNY allows a return only if the product is damaged or defective

and the return request to be raised within 2 days of receiving the product by

contacting customer care.
