How much time do it take for delivery?

• We strive to deliver the product at our earliest, but to be precise, delivery takes about 2 working days in Mumbai and about 3-4 working days otherwise.

What to do if I need the product urgently?

• We completely understand that sometimes things are last minute, and so, you can choose the option of Express Shipping which ensures delivery within 2 working days, pan India.

What are the payment methods and do you offer Cash On Delivery?

• Since there are personalised products, we do not offer CoD option. You can use Google Pay/ PayTm/ Phone Pay /Credit or Debit Cards for payment.

How can I be sure of the quality?

• At ThankBunny, our sole motto is to satify the customer, to the best of our ability. We do not promote any product that we ourselves would not like to use. There is adherence to strict quality controls, and 100% Quality Assurance.

How is the packaging?

• All our products are packed in premium, ready –to- gift boxes, which make them ideal for gifting!

Return Policy?

• We work very hard to ensure there is no scope  for any return, but in case of the following reasons, we issue a full refund or replacement –
• Wrong Product received.
• Product has manufacturing defect
• Wrong Personalisation

Money debited from my account but no Order Confirmation Received?

• Don’t panic, might be due to a technical glitch. Please reach out to us on WhatsApp on +91 96191 44992 with your Payment Details and our team will sort it out for you!

How to keep a track of the Order?

• You will receive and email and sms on the registered number once the order is shipped.

Order is placed but I want to alter the Personalisation Details –

• We completely understand this! In case you need to change the details, like the name or choice of Charms, please reach out to us within 4-6 hours of placing the order, on WhatsApp on +91 9619144992 with your Order Details and required Changes. The team will guide you further.
